The closing of a home by another selling agent meant that our client’s similar home within the same community now had the lowest asking price by nearly $10,000 !

Without having to change anything about her listing, within hours she was able to blast this fact out to the appropriate lists in her database and post fresh photos with this price info on her social media. She alerted her list of buyer’s agents as well. Sure enough, she had multiple offers within a couple of days.

What does this have to do with researching your competition? Plenty!

Since she was our client, we were keeping tabs on similar properties and competing agents while she had this listing. We made sure her database was divided among potential buyers, sellers, investors, and agents so that the right people would get the “right” information.

And, most importantly, she admitted that if FIRST IN Real Estate Marketing hadn’t told her about the other sale, she would not have realized she had that marketing advantage!
FOR EXAMPLE:
A newer agent managed to get a few sales under his belt and, obviously, was looking to secure more listings.
